16 sessions in total with the NTTC team. If Kate is required as part of your child's therapy programme, there is an additional premium of €75 per appointment, charged only when agreed with you in advance.
A home for the fortnight, close to the clinic.
Accommodation is part of the package, not an extra. Your family stays in a fully equipped residence in Clonmel, set up for therapy and life with a baby. You arrange your own transport, and most families hire a car. We can give you details of local taxi services, which are not included in the price.
A plan for continuing care at home.
Most of your care happens in Ireland. Before you leave, we share a plan for any ongoing support and therapy at home.
We are responsible for the surgery and the care we deliver in Ireland. How a child feeds and moves in the months afterwards also depends on the care that continues at home, so we cannot promise an overall outcome.

All prices include VAT where applicable. These are typical prices. Care is individualised to your child, so your final package is confirmed after your online consultation. Additional therapy beyond your pathway is charged at our standard session rates, set out on our fees page, and nothing is added without your agreement. An itemised breakdown is sent with your consultation report, together with the terms and cancellation policy for your package. Where a second child is treated, some fees are charged once per family.
Frenuloplasty is a surgical procedure. All procedures carry associated risks. Full information on risks, benefits and individual expectations is provided before any decision to proceed. Outcomes vary between children and no result can be guaranteed.
A second child costs €7,125 including their consultation, because accommodation, coordination, liaison and on-call cover are charged once per family.
