Surgery and therapy in Ireland, with your care continuing at home.
Three pathways for families travelling from abroad to the National Tongue Tie Centre. Each one starts with an online consultation, and each is priced in full so you can see what you are paying for.

Three ways to care for your child in Ireland.
The right pathway depends on your child's age, feeding, and how much support you have at home. The online consultation confirms which one fits.

Seven steps, from first call to care at home.
Our clinical care coordinator, a Nurse Specialist, arranges your individual package and keeps the steps in order. Our clinicians then provide the care you receive with us in Ireland, one step after the next.
Free concerns call
An informal conversation with a member of our team. No charge and no commitment.
Online consultation
With Dr Roche and Kate. You receive an opinion on whether NTTC is suitable for your child and a recommendation of the right pathway.
Local preparation
Release and Foundations families find clinicians in their own community, for example for bodywork and feeding therapy, and begin pre-operative therapy there. Comprehensive families prepare in Ireland, with therapy starting on arrival.
In-person evaluation
Kate and Dr Roche provide a full functional evaluation, agree the surgical plan with you and individualise your package to your child's needs.
Therapy and surgery
Frenuloplasty by Dr Roche, with therapy around it as set out in your pathway.
Discharge review
A review with Dr Roche before you travel home, with a plan for local therapy as required.
Six week telehealth review
Included in the surgical fee. A telehealth review with Dr Roche to check progress.

In the Comprehensive Care Package, if Kate is required as part of the therapy programme, there is an additional premium of €75 per appointment, charged only when agreed with you in advance.
Frenuloplasty is a surgical procedure. All procedures carry associated risks. Full information on risks, benefits and individual expectations is provided before any decision to proceed. Outcomes vary between children and no result can be guaranteed.

Answers that may be helpful.
Is my child suitable?
Every child has an online consultation first. Dr Roche and Kate assess whether our service is suitable for your child and recommend a pathway. Diagnosis takes place at the in-person evaluation, and surgery is agreed only after it. The online consultation cannot replace that, but it allows you to make plans to travel.
Can we choose Comprehensive without staying in your accommodation?
Accommodation is part of the Comprehensive Care Package. If you prefer to arrange your own, Foundations with additional sessions at standard rates may suit you better. We can talk this through on the free concerns call.
Can we add accommodation to Release or Foundations?
Sometimes. Comprehensive families have priority, so availability depends on the dates. Ask our clinical care coordinator.
Do you recommend local practitioners?
No. We do not assess or recommend practitioners in other countries, so the choice is yours. We can share some general guidance on what families often find helpful, and we are happy to liaise with whoever you choose. Before surgery is booked, we ask for a report on how your child has been prepared.
What if you decide surgery is not needed?
Our agreement, sent after your online consultation, sets out what is refunded if surgery or therapy is found not to be needed.
Will Kate treat my child?
Kate sees your child at the evaluation. Therapy in the Comprehensive Care Package is delivered by the NTTC team. If Kate is required as part of the therapy programme, there is an additional premium of €75 per appointment, charged only when agreed with you in advance.
What happens in an emergency during our stay?
NTTC provides on-call medical cover for the time you are in Ireland, included in every pathway. Our clinical care coordinator will give you the details before you travel.
